Devam is a multidisciplinary drug development Scientist with expertise in Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmacometrics, Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics, mechanistic PK-PD and systems models. He is a PhD Student at University of Florida - Center of Pharmacometrics and Systems Pharmacology pursuing PhD in Pharmacometrics and QSP developing new in-silico approaches for novel therapeutics using mechanistic PK-PD modelling under the mentorship of Dr Rodrigo Cristofoletti and Dr Stephan Schmidt, Previously completed MS in Pharmaceutical Sciences from State University of New York at Buffalo - School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences under mentorship of Dr. Donald E. Mager. He can develop and build mechanistic/semi mechanistic PK-PD, TMDD, PBPK, QSP, mPBPK and Population PK-PD models across therapeutic modalities. With strong expertise in hands-on utility of different pharmacometric software, such as Matlab (Simbiology), Monolix, ADAPT5, Berkeley Madonna, Phoenix (WinNonlin), NONMEM and R (RxODE,nlmixr)
