Anh-Dung Le is currently an FDA ORISE Postdoctoral Fellow working in the Therapeutics Biologics Program (TBP) since November 2022. Dr. Le’s work is in evaluating therapeutic proteins and optimizing biosimilar development by integrating pharmacodynamic biomarkers.
In the past, Anh was IP and Licensing Intern at Sandia National Laboratories (Aug. 2020 - Nov. 2022), Anh responded to IP inquiries, drafted licensing agreements, and conducted market research. His contributions streamlined processes, ensuring meticulous documentation and effective showcasing of Sandia technologies.
At the University of New Mexico (Nov. 2017 - Jul. 2022), Anh did modeling and simulations research on physiologically-based pharmacokinetics (PBPK) modeling of colloidal gold nanoparticles. There, he produced four manuscripts and optimized models through sensitivity analyses.
As Founder of DermaTec LLC (Sept. 2015 - April 2017), Anh co-created and was the first named inventor of the DermaTec patch to detect alcohol in sweat to address drunk driving, raising capital and positioning the company as a top 8 finalist for investment from Steve Case. Anh’s interests are in Clinical Pharmacology and Modeling & Simulation, holding certifications in PDx-Pop™ and NONMEM® (2023). His teaching experience at the University of New Mexico reflects his commitment to fostering student learning and creativity.
